A Sagittarius Full Moon love letter to the quietly brave ones
The Moon is Loud, and So Is My Heart
Okay… so I’ve been feeling a lot.
The Full Moon in Sagittarius is here - and she’s LOUD. Not in a chaotic, everything-is-falling-apart kind of way (although... also yes), but in a fire-in-the-belly, truth-wants-to-be-heard kind of way.
And my love… I’m feeling it all.
Like - the kind of full-body feeling where your chest hurts but also your hands are fidgety and your brain is like “how do I hold the WHOLE WORLD right now??!!?!”
Because there’s so much happening.
The Madleen Freedom flotilla being held in Israel.
Propaganda being sprayed like a damn pressure hose all over LA.
Poland’s election swinging far-right.
Denmark - supposedly this quiet little progressive haven - trying to censor kids from talking about Palestine.
Like… what the actual fuck?
It’s a lot. It’s too much. And I know I’m not the only one whose nervous system is screaming but also saying “don’t look away.”
What Can We Actually Do?
I’ve been asking myself this over and over lately -
What can I do? Me.
As someone who isn’t wired for constant conflict or debate.
As someone who cares so deeply it hurts.
As someone who feels more powerful with thread in hand than a megaphone.
And here’s what’s coming through:
We don’t have to fight every battle.
We don’t have to burn ourselves out trying to save the world.
But we do have to make a stance. In our own way.
We have to be visible. On purpose.
Because when the world starts shrinking, our self-expression becomes a spell of resistance.
Self-Expression Is Resistance
Yes, even the smallest of rainbow pins... ๐
I keep thinking about how the tiniest acts of expression - the little signs, the visual cues, the way we speak or dress or be - they matter.
Wearing a rainbow badge on your coat?
It might not seem like a big deal. But to a queer person who’s scared, unsure, scanning the room for safety? That might be everything.
Choosing to live your truth out loud - whether that’s your gender, your voice, your art, your softness, your spirituality - in a world that constantly wants to flatten you into something digestible? That’s power. That’s rebellion.
And it’s about everyone’s right to self-expression.
Clothing. Culture. Faith. Neurodivergence. Identity. Body. Love. Grief. Joy.
We all deserve to express who we are without fear of being controlled, punished, erased, or labelled as “offensive.”
Because let’s be VERY clear - controlling others because their existence makes you uncomfortable is not boundary-setting. That’s oppression. Full stop.
You Don’t Have to Be Loud to Be Brave
And maybe you’re like me - someone who’s sensitive, introverted, deeply feeling… someone who doesn’t want to be at war, but also can’t sit back and pretend this is all normal.
You’re not alone.
We’re allowed to be soft and still stand firm.
We’re allowed to speak quietly and still be heard.
We’re allowed to use creativity, colour, ritual, and gentleness as our protest.
That’s why I’ve been coming back to craftivism - this beautiful, radical practice of mixing art with justice, of creating something tangible that carries truth and care and a whisper of rebellion.
A handwritten letter. A stitched phrase. A zine. A sign.
Even just being visible in your full self - without shrinking - is enough.
Wanna Feel Safe Being Yourself (Like… Actually Safe)?
If all this is making your body buzz or ache or shake -
if you’re tired of performing or pretending or filtering your fire -
I want to invite you into a space I made. It’s called Worthy & Rising.
It’s not about politics. Not directly.
But it is about boundaries. And self-expression. And belonging.
And reclaiming your energy from all the places the world told you it wasn’t safe to be yourself.
It’s a quiet, off-social-media corner of the internet where we:
-
Honour our natural rhythms (no pressure to keep up)
-
Share reflections, rituals, and tender rebellion
-
Explore self-worth, self-trust, and what it means to truly belong
-
Remember that softness is not weakness - it’s wisdom
And it’s magic. The gentle kind.
So if you’re ready to be in a space where you don’t have to earn your place -
where you’re already enough, already powerful, already so needed -
you’re invited. Always.
๐ Join Worthy & Rising
Final Words
You don’t need to be everywhere, or feel like you need to fix everything.
You don’t need to carry the weight of the world in order to care.
But if you can…
๐จ make something.
๐ Wear something.
๐ฃ Say something.
โจ Be something - that signals safety, softness, sovereignty.
Because every act of self-expression in the face of oppression is a spark.
And enough sparks light the way.
Exist.
Resist.
Rebel.
I’m with you.
